The CRUGAA Calling is a comprehensive three-year strategic plan designed to transform CRUGAA from a vision into a fully operational, globally connected, and impact-driven alumni association. It is built on the VICTORY framework — seven strategic pillars that will guide every initiative, programme, and decision from 2025 to 2028.
